1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
❌ Opened or used first aid products.
❌ Prescription or over-the-counter medications.
❌ Expired products.

3. Return Process

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Fitotis is at fault.
